General Manager Vietnam & Regional Director APAC
David Fontana is an accomplished international leader with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Biocodex in 2022 and embarking on his journey in Asia, he held senior leadership roles at leading global organizations such as Bristol-Myers Squibb and Ferring Pharmaceuticals, making a significant impact across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
At Biocodex, David swiftly established himself as a strategic leader. He currently oversees operations in Vietnam while spearheading the company’s growth across the Asia-Pacific region.
Renowned for his sharp strategic acumen, agile change management, and inspirational leadership, David brings a wealth of experience in building and developing high-performing, multicultural teams across diverse markets.
He holds a degree in Economics and Management from INSEEC Business School in France and is fluent in English, French, and Italian — a testament to his rich, globally oriented career.
